While compassionate action is the goal of every BCBA, wishing it and doing it remain two separate things. This week, Drs. Weiss and Rohrer join us to discuss their Compassionate Collaboration Tool, a means for self-reflection and assessment of those skills that best lend themselves to compassionate action in our work. Plus, we review some of the research on why compassion is important and what’s next for the CCT.
